My very first client back in 2017, I’ve been part of Helen Dibble’s team at copywriting agency Incredibble ever since. Helen works with ambitious B2B brands, offering strategic communications, facilitation and specialist workshops.

Working to their briefs, I write a monthly blog article for the Light Blue website on topics ranging from finding a consistent client base to how to reduce operating costs.

With 20,000 staff and four hospitals serving a million-strong population across Greater Manchester, Northern Care Alliance’s website needs to be many things to
many people.
I was brought in to proofread its content – written by multiple authors across dozens of pages – and ensure consistency of style and tone, as well as grammar and spelling accuracy. The project included writing a style guide to be used across the Trust.
